Shipping and Dispatch

1. I've placed my order, when will you dispatch it?
- Birch Studios is a one man band, it's just me, Grace! And so while I can't offer next day shipping, I do dispatch as quickly as I can, and the current dispatch timeline is 2-5 working days after order.

2. How quickly will my order get to me?
- If you're in the UK there are 2 options for shipping, 1st Class and 2nd Class, both are shipping options offered by Royal Mail, 1st Class aims to get your order to you in 1-2 working days after dispatch, while 2nd Class is 2-5 days after dispatch, so choose the option which is right for you. International shipping is Standard International shipping and aims to reach customers in 7-21 days after dispatch depending on how far you are from the UK. More details below

3. Do you offer international shipping?
- Yes, we offer international shipping. We want our products to reach customers across the globe. We offer International Standard shipping with Royal Mail which aims to reach customers in 7-21 days after dispatch depending on how far you are from the UK. We have happy customers in many countries around the world including the USA, Australia, South Africa, Japan, Hong Kong, Finland and many many more. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE MAY BE CUSTOMS CHARGES WHEN BUYING AND IMPORTING A PRODUCT FROM OVERSEAS. BIRCH STUDIOS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE CHARGES.

4. How can I place an order?
- It's easy! Browse our website, choose the products you love, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to complete your order.

5. What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment options.

6. Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?
- If you need to make changes, please contact our customer support as soon as possible, either through the chatbox on our website, via email (birchstudios@outlook.com) or via Instagram DM (@birch_studios). We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

7. How can I track my order?
- As standard, all orders are sent untracked, to keep the costs as low as possible to you, the consumer, however you will receive an email once your order has dispatched which will let you know the rough window in which you can expect your order! 

**Returns and Exchanges**

8. What's your return policy?
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. So if you're not happy with your order we are happy to offer refunds or replacements/exchanges that are initiated up to 30 days after purchase and upon return of the items, when the items are received back at Birch Studios and are in the same condition we sent them out in we will happily process your refund/replacement/exchange.

9. How do I initiate a return or exchange?
- Contact us through DM, chatbox or email with your order number and the issue you're having, and we will guide you through the return or exchange process.

Customization and Personalization

10. Can I request custom or personalized items?
- Absolutely! We offer customization options for many of our products. You can buy custom stickers, keyrings and portraits on our website but if you'd like something a little different then reach out to us and we can chat about what you'd like! 

11. What's the process for requesting custom products?
- Contact us to discuss your customization request. We'll work with you to understand your needs and provide a quote and production timeline.
