Custom Illustrated Dog Portrait
Celebrate the four legged friends in your life with a custom portrait!
Simply read through these instructions in order to start the process of purchasing a custom portrait from Birch Studios. I look forward to working with you!
1. Select the number of dogs in your portrait. If you want dogs and people, please go back to the customs page and click on 'Portrait"
2. Select the medium in which you would like your portrait
3. Fill in the personalisation box and let me know what colour and style background you would like (options below)
4. Add to your basket and check out!
5. Email me birchstudios@outlook.com your files, look in the description above for what I require
6. In 7-10 days you will receive a proof via email, and a reminder through email, at this point you can review the proof and make any changes you like. (any changes made after this point will be subject to an additional fee)
7. I will then finish your portrait and send you the files in your chosen medium
The process should be completed within 2-3 weeks, as long as you reply to the email with your proof in 48 hours. Any longer and you may face delays to the process.
Files I Need:
- Main image of the dog you want me to work from
- 2 additional images of each character to make sure I am capturing their likeness.
Please ensure these are clear, high quality photos in order to ensure a quality end product

Wavy (2 or 3 colours)
Any other simple pattern eg (dots, stripes, stars, spots)
All orders are printed on high quality fine art 300gsm paper, and are sent in backed envelopes by Royal Mail 1st Class post.
PLEASE NOTE: Once we have started creating your order, we do not offer any refunds due to the time taken to create these, if you order a print but it has not yet gone for print, we can refund the printing costs. Also, once your order has started, we cannot change the photo you want to use.
