Custom Illustrated Portrait

Birthday? Wedding? Anniversary? Celebrate the special people in your life with a custom portrait!

Simply read through these instructions in order to start the process of purchasing a custom portrait from Birch Studios. I look forward to working with you!

1. Select the amount of characters in your portrait (PLEASE NOTE THAT DOGS ARE CONSIDERED CHARACTERS, so make sure you include them when choosing your price band)

2. Select the medium in which you would like your portrait

3. Fill in the personalisation box and let me know what colour and style background you would like (options below)

4. Add to your basket and check out!

5. Email me birchstudios@outlook.com your files, look in the description above for what I require

6. In 7-10 days you will receive a proof via email, and a reminder via email, at this point you can review the proof and make any changes you like. (any changes made after this point will be subject to an additional fee)

7. I will then finish your portrait and send you the files in your chosen medium

The process should be completed within 2-3 weeks, as long as you reply to the email with your proof in 48 hours. Any longer and you may face delays to the process.

Files I Need:

- Main image that you want me to work from (eg of the couple/family/person)
- 2 additional images of each character to make sure I am capturing their likeness.

Please ensure these are clear, high quality photos in order to ensure a quality end product

Background Options

Plain colour
Diagonal two tone
Wavy (2 or 3 colours)
Any other simple pattern eg (dots, stripes, stars, spots)

All orders are printed on high quality fine art 300gsm paper, and are sent in backed envelopes by Royal Mail 1st Class post. I am also able to send digital files by email in addition to the printed copy at no extra cost.

PLEASE NOTE: Once we have started creating your order, we do not offer any refunds due to the time taken to create these, if you order a print but it has not yet gone for print, we can refund the print/postage costs. Also, once your order has started, we cannot change the photo you want to use.
